Onion Beef Patties

Cut the onion horizontally, take off the large outer ring and set aside, the others can be chopped and put in the meat

Put the chopped meat into a basin, add salt, five-spice powder, pepper, rice wine, light soy sauce, and stir until it is strong.

Stir the beef fillet to the side and chop about 70 grams of onion. Mix it with sesame oil first, so that it can lock the moisture of the onion.

Sprinkle a layer of dry starch on the inside of the onion ring to make it easier for the meat to stick

Tips:
When frying, use a medium-to-low heat to ensure that it is cooked inside and out.
