Onion Marinated with Kelp Shreds

Wash the soaked seaweed shreds and drain the water.

The vermicelli is cut into sections with a knife

Wash the hot peppers

Mince garlic, cut peppers into circles

Shred the onion

Put the kelp shreds in a boiling pot and cook for about 5 minutes, then add the vermicelli to cook, remove it and put it in cold water, and control the moisture of the over-cooled kelp and vermicelli.
