Onion Pork Pie
1.
Add water to dry flour and knead into a dough for later use.
2.
Cut the onion into cubes and set aside with the pork filling.
3.
Cut old ginger into cubes and add to the filling
4.
Add a little cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, pepper, pepper powder, and stir to form a puree.
5.
Divide the ready-to-use dough into small pieces and use a rolling pin to roll it into dough
6.
Put the fillings into the dough, the ingredients are quite enough.
7.
Fold the dough wrapper up to seal and flatten it.
8.
Pour a small amount of oil into the pan and fry the formed pie in the pan.
9.
The frying is golden on both sides. Because there are more fillings this time, the frying time is longer. Finally, I poured a little water into it for a while
10.
Get the pot, the golden pork pie gets into the pot
Tips:
1. I have been awake for 30 minutes, so I don’t seem to be awake
2. When rolling out the dough, try to be thinner, otherwise the dough will become thicker when it is fried. Especially the sealing part must be thinner
