Tips:
1. When the vermicelli is cooked, it is just cooked, because it will be steamed for a while later.
2. The steaming time depends on the size of the stove and the shrimp. Basically, you can turn off the fire when you see the shrimp have completely changed color. This is relatively tender, and the shrimp will taste bad if steamed for too long.
