Orange Juice Meatballs

The meat is broken up with a blender

Grate lotus root, add green onion, ginger, salt, sugar, soy sauce, egg and mix well, stir all into a uniform paste

Dig a spoonful of mashed meat in the palm of your hand

Use a tiger’s mouth to squeeze into balls, and use chopsticks to remove the balls

Pour oil in the pot, heat the balls, keep the heat on medium, put the balls one by one into the hot oil pan

Fry them all into golden brown, remove and drain the oil

Peel the oranges and squeeze the juice, filter out half of the residue

Add tomato sauce, rice vinegar, and a little salt to the juice to make it taste sweet and sour

Leave a little bottom oil in the pot, pour in the orange juice when the oil is warm, bring it to a boil, stir constantly,

Pour the thick soup into the meatballs.
Tips:
1. The lotus root should be crushed to make it taste better.
2. Use the tiger's mouth to squeeze the balls out, faster and the finished product is more beautiful.
