Orleans Hollow Fried Noodles
1.
Select the hollow surface of the indenter and install it. Pour flour into the noodle maker.
2.
Close the upper lid, press the automatic program, and pour water.
3.
The noodle machine will automatically squeeze out the noodles.
4.
After the water in the pot is boiled, add the noodles and cook until they are ripe. Remove the cold water and set aside.
5.
The wing roots are marinated in New Orleans seasoning and heated in the microwave for 3 minutes.
6.
The roots of the wings are almost cooked at this time, so use a knife to shave off the meat on the roots.
7.
Pour oil into the pot, add pepper and garlic diced until fragrant.
8.
Add the carrot shreds and stir fry.
9.
Add Orleans flavored shiitake mushroom sauce.
10.
Add the previous noodles and stir-fry evenly.
11.
Add pea sprouts, salt and light soy sauce.
12.
Finally, put the shaved chicken in and mix evenly.
Tips:
1. After the noodles are cooked, pass cold water twice, so that they can be cooked smoothly.
2. Only when the roots of the wings are cooked can the meat be shaved down. The raw ones are not good to cut.
3. Orleans-flavored shiitake mushroom sauce can not be replaced by anything else, otherwise it will not taste like this fried noodle.
