Oyster Soup

All the ingredients are dice, and the potatoes are gone this time, so the taste will not be affected. Various ingredients can be added or subtracted slightly according to personal preference. The side dishes are not very flavorful and will not affect the umami taste of sea oysters.

Stir fry the sea oysters and all the side dishes except tofu. Tofu can also be dried with tofu, or fried tofu.

Add water, sea oysters, tofu, and soy sauce to a boil. Three or four minutes after boiling, the sea oysters are cooked and the side dishes are soft. Add pepper and water starch. Finally, add sesame oil and sprinkle with green onion, coriander. The warm soup is ready!
Tips:
The sea oysters in cold water are very fresh. Although the soup is not very good, the taste is really lacking. Not greasy, delicious, and don’t worry about gaining weight, roar!
