Pan-fried Chicken Wings

Clean the chicken wings and make two cuts on both sides for easy taste. Chop garlic and slice ginger.

Marinate with salt, light soy sauce, pepper, oyster sauce, and Huadiao oil for more than two hours.

Put a little oil in the pan and fry the chicken wings over low heat.

Flip the other side and fry. If you are not cooked, you can flip it several times and exchange it.

The fragrant chicken wings are comparable to KFC.
Tips:
It must be cooked over a slow fire so that it will be cooked and not easy to paste. You don't need to put too much oil, the chicken wings will produce oil.
