Pan Fried Lotus Root Box

Chop the pork into minced meat, add in chopped green onion and ginger, a little pepper, a little salt, some cooking wine, and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.

Add a small amount of water, stir clockwise, and let stand for 5 minutes to marinate.

One section of lotus root, cut into razor blades, fill in meat, wrap in starch paste once, fill the gaps between lotus root slices and lotus roots.

Heat a pan with cold oil, turn over and fry on low heat to high heat, and fry on both sides until cooked through.

Drain the oil out of the pot. You can pour sweet and sour sauce or sweet and spicy sauce according to your preference.
