Pan-fried Meatloaf

Chop the pork, onion, green onion stem, carrot and seaweed, add salt, light soy sauce, wood powder, oil, and sugar, mix well and marinate.

Put the marinated pork into a pot and steam it.

Add the steamed meat to the egg mixture, mix well, and fry on both sides of the pan.
