Pan-fried Potato Pancakes
1.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces, put them in a steamer, cover and steam.
2.
Chop the meat into puree, put it in a bowl, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, cornstarch, and marinate for about 10 minutes
3.
Mash the steamed potatoes into mashed potatoes
4.
Put oil in a pot and heat up, sauté the marinated meat until fragrant, pour it into the mashed potatoes and mix well. Just take the green onion leaves and chop them and pour them into the mashed potatoes and mix well.
5.
Take an appropriate amount of mixed potato mash and knead it into a small ball. You don't need to use force when kneading. Hold it in the palm of your hand. Switch the left and right hands and hold it for 3 rounds.
6.
Put the whole small ball into the starch bowl and roll it around, all covered with cornstarch
7.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the frying pan, place the love mold in the middle of the frying pan, and then put the squeezed potato balls into the mold to form a love shape
8.
Fry on low heat, fry for about a minute, gently take out the mold, fry for another minute, then turn over and fry
9.
Fry both sides until golden and you can eat it right out of the pan
10.
Add a round pancake method, the first 5 steps are the same. Knead into small balls and squeeze them, coat both sides with starch, put them in a frying pan
11.
Fry until golden on both sides, and finally ready to be out of the pan
Tips:
Don't cover the pan when pancakes, otherwise the water vapor on the lid will fall into the pan and the pancake will become a ball. It must be low fire, otherwise it will be easy to fry black,
