Pan-fried Potato Soup

1. Cut the potatoes into strips.

2. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. If you have time, you can peel them and then cut them into pieces.

3. Put the potato strips in a bowl, add buckwheat flour, and add an appropriate amount of water to coat the potato strips with flour.

4. Put a small amount of oil in the pan and fry the potato strips covered with batter.

5. When frying until the batter is formed and a little colored, pour the tomato chunks into it and stir fry.

6. After the tomatoes are sautéed, add cooking wine, salt, pepper powder, ginger powder, pepper, a little light soy sauce, stir fry evenly, and then add two bowls of water. After the soup is boiled, boil for another five minutes, pour sesame oil, and remove.
