Pan-fried Radish Bones

Stir the pork into froth

Wash and peel the radishes and cut them into finger-length strips

Minced ginger and garlic

Dice the remaining radish, add it to the minced meat together with ginger and garlic, add soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch and stir evenly
