Pan Fried Wanton
1.
All ingredients.
2.
Choose 8 parts lean and 2 parts fat forelegs, chop the meat into minced meat, add salt, peanut oil, and soy sauce, mix well, and stir clockwise for one minute.
3.
Peel the carrots and chop into dices; chop the chives into chopped green onions.
4.
Add the chopped carrots and chopped green onion to the minced meat and mix well.
5.
Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put some meat on it.
6.
Fold it in half. If the wonton wrapper you bought is too dry, you can use chopsticks dampened with water and apply it to the edge of the wrapper.
7.
Then overlap the two ends and glue them down.
8.
Put an appropriate amount of oil under the pan, put the wrapped wonton on top, and fry on low heat.
9.
Fry the bottom, then fry the side with more meat until slightly yellow.
10.
Add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for about ten minutes.
11.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds and chopped green onion on the surface of the wantan while there is still water, and continue to fry for tens of seconds.
Tips:
1. If the wonton wrapper is too dry, it will stick with some water on the side.
2. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the surface of the wonton when it is still wet, so that the sesame seeds can stick to the wonton and not easily fall off.
