Pan Fried Wonton

Wash the fresh pork and chop it into froth with lotus root.

Add the seasoning and stir well, then add in some water and slowly beat until it becomes sticky.

Take a wonton wrapper.

Put an appropriate amount of minced meat on it.
5.
Fold up the bottom leather.

Turn the two corners over again. The wontons are wrapped.

Pack everything in the same way.

Put the wrapped wontons in a steamer and steam them.
9.
Brush the baking pan with oil.
10.
Put in the steamed wontons.
11.
Fry until the bottom is golden brown.
Tips:
There is another method of frying, which is the same as frying pan-fried buns. The raw wontons are directly put into the pot and an appropriate amount of water is added until the water is completely boiled and fried until the bottom is golden.
