Pancake Rolls

Add water and flour to make a smooth dough. It is easier to knead smoothly while kneading. Here is a special note. The cold water dough I used has a chewy texture. You can also use hot or semi-hot dough. The texture of the finished product will be different. Use boiling water to knead the hot noodle dough, half the soup noodle dough, half the flour with boiling water and half with cold water, and knead together. The dough in the picture is a small dough that I divided after finishing.

Knead the small dough smoothly and flatten it,

Put the two on top of each other, brush the middle with oil.

Then roll into pancakes, where the pancakes should be as thin and even as possible. You can roll it out to a satisfactory degree of thinness.

Preheat the pan without oil, put the pancakes on a low fire and bake them.

After a while, yellow spots will appear on the underside, turn it over and continue to burn. During the baking process, the pie will bulge up in the middle, so don't worry about it.

After baking, take it out of the pan, let it cool for a while, uncover the pancakes and divide them into two, and serve with the prepared dishes. This way of eating always eats too much without knowing it.
