Pea Jelly

Wash garlic and parsley and chop, wash cucumber and shred.

Add 200g of water to the pea flour and mix well.

Heat 400g of water in a small pot.

Slowly pour in the evenly mixed pea powder water, stir while adding, and turn off the heat until it becomes transparent.

Pour it into the fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

Take out the inverted button.

Mix all seasonings well.

Cut the jelly into strips, add shredded cucumber to the bottom of the plate, add pea flour, pour the seasoning sauce, and sprinkle with parsley and cucumber shreds.
