Pea Jelly

Prepare the ingredients: half a bowl of pea starch and three bowls of water with the same volume

Pour half a bowl of water into the pea flour and stir to make a paste

Pour the remaining two and a half bowls of water into the pot. After the water is boiled, slowly pour the pea paste into the pot and keep stirring

Cook on a low heat and keep stirring and stirring for about 3 or 4 minutes, so that the big bubbles in the pot can turn off the heat.

Pour the boiled starch paste into an oiled container and cool at room temperature for more than 4 hours or refrigerate for about 1 hour

Just cut the chilled jelly into the shape you like

The finished cold dressing is made according to personal preference. With limited ingredients, I added crispy peanuts, light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, chili oil, and Lao Ganma seasoning so refreshing and delicious!

Tips:
When the pea paste is poured into the boiling water pot, be sure to stir it and don’t pour it in. It is easy to form particles.
