Tips:
It's best to chop the whole meat into minced meat by yourself, which is more chewy. If you buy ready-made minced meat or mince it with a meat grinder, the meat will not be strong and taste bad. Soy sauce should use light soy sauce, so it is fresher, and the color will not be very dark, which does not affect the appearance
