Pepper and Radish Mixed with Fungus
1.
Prepare ingredients, colored pepper, fungus, red radish, green onion, coriander, garlic (forgot to bring it), millet pepper
2.
Shred the radish, put a little salt, and pickle it. (To know if there is a taste of salt, just taste the taste on the chopsticks when mixing well)
3.
Shred the colored peppers and cut the coriander into sections (I like to use the coriander just picked from the ground, so there is no picture 1). Mince millet pepper, mince garlic
4.
Shred the hair fungus
5.
Marinate the radishes for about five minutes, and see if there is water from the bottom of the pot, you can squeeze the extra water out of the radishes
6.
Put all the chopped ingredients into the basin
7.
Add seasonings.
8.
well mixed
9.
carry out
Tips:
1. Because it is a cold dish, MSG can be used without heating. My MSG is all used for cold dishes
2. This dish is spicy with millet, so don't put chili oil. Otherwise it will not look good.
3. Friends who don't like coriander in this dish can replace coriander with green onions, but put a little less onion, otherwise it will be all the spicy flavor of green onions. I only put a little green onion (so it’s not pictured)
