Pickled Pork and Potatoes | One Kitchen

Spread the pork on a tray, evenly sprinkle with salt, let it stand for 10 minutes, and wipe off the moisture with kitchen paper.

Cut the potatoes with the skin into 2 equal parts and soak them in water.

Heat olive oil in a pot, add the drained potatoes, and fry on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the pork, pour in 2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of wine, and simmer for about 25 minutes.

After serving, sprinkle with crushed black pepper.
