Pimple Soup-broccoli and Egg Pimple Noodle Soup
1.
Prepare all the ingredients, you need a pair of scissors ~ two scallions, half a piece of seaweed (a pinch of seaweed), a broccoli, and an egg
2.
Cut the broccoli into small flowers~ then cut the seaweed into filaments, and the green onions into chopped green onions
3.
Then put the flour in a bowl, add water little by little with a small spoon, be sure to add water little by little, and stir to form a lump.
4.
Boil the water in the pot (I used the leftover broth from last night, so I don’t waste it~)
5.
Add broccoli and cook for one minute
6.
Then pour in the gnocchi and stir it quickly to prevent it from becoming a mess, then add in the right amount of salt, sugar, oil, light soy sauce and boil
7.
Break the eggs and pour them into the pot to boil (I like to use this method to break the rounded end of the egg a little bit, and then open a hole. Because of the mold, the egg will not leak out. Just use chopsticks to pierce the film and pour it in.)
8.
Add seaweed and stir evenly out of the pot~
9.
Sprinkle chopped green onion and a little sesame oil on it! ~ The taste of seaweed is quite strong, and the broccoli is crunchy, with the taste of scallions, it is the first choice for breakfast!
Tips:
Make sure to add water slowly when applying gnocchi, so that the gnocchi will form.
If there is no seaweed, just put a little seaweed~
Adding a little sesame oil at the end will make the pimple soup even better!
As long as there are eggs in the dishes, I will not put MSG chicken essence and the like, only use sugar instead of body odor! If you don’t mind, you can add a little chicken essence to make it fresh! ~
