Pineapple Chicken

1. The chicken breast is cut into small cubes.

2. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and an egg yolk, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Cut the pepper into small pieces, cut the onion into sections, and slice the garlic.

4. Mix flour, cornstarch, water and a little salt into a batter.

5. Put the oil in the oil pan and heat it to 50% heat. Dip the chicken pieces in batter.

6. Put it in the pan and fry it.

7. After the chicken nuggets are all fried, heat up the oil pan and fry again until the chicken nuggets are golden brown and served.

8. Put the oil in the wok and heat it up and fry the garlic slices and shallots first.

9. Add the green pepper and fry until the color changes for about 2 minutes.

10. Turn to low heat and add pineapple and stir well.

11. Add soy sauce and a pinch of salt to taste.

12. Pour in the fried chicken nuggets and stir fry quickly, so that the chicken nuggets are evenly covered with the sauce.
