Pineapple Roast Chicken

Half a chicken is cut into small pieces and marinated with ginger slices, cooking wine and salt.

Cut the green pepper into pieces and set aside. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and soak in salt water and drain.

Put oil in the pan, add the chicken nuggets and fry them until cooked.

Pour in the consumable oil and soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add sugar and stir fry evenly.

Add a bowl of water, cover the pot, and simmer for a few minutes.

Pour the green pepper and pineapple.
8.
Stir-fry evenly, collect the juice over high heat, and serve.
