Pineapple Sweet and Sour Pork

Marinate the diced pork with salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, oil, black pepper, and starch for more than half an hour. Oil and starch mainly make the meat tender, so that it tastes crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

After marinating, put an egg in the diced meat and coat it evenly, then add a mixture of flour and crispy frying powder, and coat it. It is recommended to use flour instead of starch. My experience is that starch does not give a good skin and the skin is not thick enough. It's not enough to wrap well.

Heat oil in a pot, heat it to 70% hot, put it all in the fry, deep fry on medium heat until golden
