Pineapple Sweet and Sour Pork

1. Meat slices.

2. Use a meat hammer to hammer loose.

3. Add the five-spice powder for cooking wine and stir evenly.

4. Submerge for 10 minutes.

5. Sprinkle dry powder and stir evenly.

6. Add oil to the pot, heat 6 layers, and add the meat slices.

7. Fried meat.
