Pleurotus Eryngii Twice-cooked Pork

Fill the upper pot with water and bring to a boil, wash the pork into the pot and cook until it can be gently inserted with chopsticks.

Wash the pleurotus edodes garlic sprouts and peppers, cut them well and set aside.

Cut the cooked meat into slices.

Add a small amount of oil to the pan to heat up, add the meat slices, and fry until the meat slices are slightly golden.

Add 2 scoops of broad bean paste and 1 scoop of sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry a small amount of soy sauce until it is colored and fragrant (broad bean paste is bean paste)
