Pleurotus Eryngii with Curry Potatoes

Add the diced potatoes to a hot pan with little oil and stir-fry golden brown for later use.

Stir the diced pleurotus eryngii in an oil-free pan to create a fragrant flavor.

Add potatoes, turmeric powder, curry, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine and stir fry.

Stir-fry the moisture to dry.
5.
Add spring onions.

Pour out edible!
