I didn't know why yesterday, but I passed the winter solstice ahead of schedule and ate dumplings! It turned out that it was one day short at night! I didn't want to eat heavy dumplings, so I changed to steamed dumplings. Anyway, they are dumplings. They are also delicious dumplings.
Will everyone eat dumplings during the winter solstice?

Plum Steamed Dumplings

1. Add hot water to the flour, stir it into dough and knead it into a soft and smooth dough

2. Divide into two portions, add red yeast rice powder to one portion and clear barley juice to knead evenly. Cover wet cloth

3. Chop pork and green onion and ginger together into meat filling, add light soy sauce, oil consumption and salt in the same direction and stir well

4. Shred carrots and chop some more

5. Squeeze the water from the carrots, stir in a little vegetable oil, and stir evenly in the same direction with the pork.

6. Divide the dough into an agent, knead and flatten it

7. Roll out dumpling skins thick in the middle and thin around the dumplings

8. Turn over the back and fold out five equal corners

9. Turn it over again and put the filling in the middle

10. Pinch the five corners together in the middle

11. Turn up the five folded edges, and a flower will be formed

12. Do the same with green dough

13. Brush oil on the steamer grate, add dumplings, and steam in a pot on boiling water for ten minutes.

Tips:

Steamed dumplings are cooked well with boiling water and noodles. The dumpling wrapper needs to be rolled round, and the five sides that are turned down need to be equal, so that the pattern is beautiful.
