Poached Pork Slices

Lean meat slices, add starch and light soy sauce, mix well, wash lettuce leaves and soybean sprouts, peel and slice potatoes for later use.

Heat oil in a pot, add the meat slices and fry them before serving.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and stir-fry the peppercorns until fragrant. Then add the bean paste. Stir for a while and add water. After the water is boiled, add the soybean sprouts and potatoes. After the water is cooked, add the lettuce leaves and meat slices. Season with salt. Powder and chili powder.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the garlic paste and saute until fragrant, pour the oil on the cooked meat slices, and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
If you don’t like to eat lettuce leaves, you can switch to other green leafy vegetables, and other side dishes can be matched according to your own preferences.
