Poached Pork Slices
1.
Cut the lean pork into thin slices and put it in a bowl, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoon of oil, less than half a spoon of water, cornstarch, mix well and marinate.
2.
Wash the bean sprouts and cut the dried tofu into fine strips.
3.
Bring water to a boil, add dried tofu shreds and bean sprouts, cook for about 3 minutes, when it is fully cooked, remove and spread in a basin for later use.
4.
Heat the pot, add a small amount of oil, add garlic cloves, bean paste, and soybean paste, and stir fry to create a fragrance.
5.
Add a bowl of water after the sauce is fragrant and bring to a boil.
6.
After the water is boiled, add a small spoonful of chicken essence, season with salt, add the meat slices, and use chopsticks to quickly disperse them. When the water around the meat is turned on again, turn off the heat after a little bubbling in the middle.
7.
Pour the meat slices with soup into a bowl of dried tofu, and put dried chili, pepper, and sesame on the meat slices.
8.
Set up another oil pan, pour the oil to heat, and pour the hot oil on the chilies.
Tips:
When frying the ingredients, you can put less oil, just enough for frying.
When frying the ingredients, you can turn to a low fire, and then turn to a high fire after the fry is done.
Do not use too much water to cook pork slices, generally one bowl of rice is enough.
After adding the meat slices, do not wait until the water is fully boiled, otherwise the meat slices will age.
The base material can be freely switched to easy-cooking hot pot dishes such as enoki mushroom, baby cabbage, vermicelli and so on.
The sesame seeds will be more fragrant when they are fried.
