Pork and Cabbage Vermicelli

Prepare the ingredients.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and star anise to fragrant, add the blanched meat and stir fry until the skin is golden brown.

Pour in the Lee Kum Kee premium soy sauce, salt, sugar, and scallion, stir well, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

Add cabbage and stir fry.
