Pork Celery Wonton

Wash the celery and set aside.

Boil the cleaned celery in boiling water, then cool it for later use.

Place the blanched celery on a cutting board and chop into minced celery.

Add 500 grams of flour to 240 grams of water, and make a dough.

Put the minced meat, chopped green onion, and minced ginger into the pot, pour in vegetable oil to make the minced meat.

Put the chopped celery into the meat filling, then season, add salt, chicken essence, five-spice powder, light soy sauce, and adjust the filling in one direction.

Put the pressed wonton wrappers on the silicone mat (I used the noodle machine to press the wonton wrappers)

Cut into even-sized wonton pasta.
9.
Put the wrapped wontons on top of the steamer.
10.
The smooth wontons are ready to be cooked, let's eat.
