Pork Fried Double
1.
Peel and shred potatoes.
2.
Wash off the starch with water.
3.
Shred the sharp pepper.
4.
Change the pork to a knife for later use.
5.
Heat up the pan and add the green onion and ginger to fry until fragrant.
6.
Add the pork and stir fry.
7.
Add cooking wine and vinegar soy sauce and stir fry.
8.
Add potato shreds and pepper shreds.
9.
Stir fry system is mature.
10.
Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
