Pork Knuckle Ginger

1. Cut ginger into large pieces and set aside

2. Prepare a pig's knuckle, put cold water into the pot, add 10ml of cooking wine, and blanch the water to remove the smell and blood foam

3. Boil 3 hard-boiled eggs, peel them and set aside
