Pork Lung and Olive Soup
1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
The pig lungs were washed repeatedly with a little salt, and I washed it about five times.
3.
Wash the pig-meal intestines and cut into small pieces for later use.
4.
Cut green olives in half.
5.
Pour the green olives, pork lungs and pork intestines into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, and boil for two minutes.
6.
Add a teaspoon of salt and you can start eating!
Tips:
1. Pay attention to pig lungs. You have to buy those that look a little wrinkled to make good pig lungs, and you must wash the blood out. 2. Olives need to be cut to make it easier to taste.
