Pork Lung with White Radish

Rinse the pig lungs under the tap, peel half of the white radish, and use a piece of pork as a spare.

Cut white radish into small pieces.

Cut pig lungs into small pieces, add a little salt, and rub again to clean.

Slice pork and cut green onions into small pieces.

Boil water in a pot, add pig lungs and blanch it to remove the dirt inside.

Take it out and wash away the scum with cold water.

Add white radish segments, pork lungs, and an appropriate amount of water to a boiling pot and bring to a boil.

Bring to a boil for a while, add pork and bring to a boil again.
