Pork Ribs with Roasted Carrots

Soak the ribs in the water to control the moisture.

Wash the white radish and cut into pieces with a hob.

Add oil in a hot pan, add white sugar and fry to get the color of sugar.

Then put in the ribs to hang color.

Then add soy sauce, green onion ginger, star anise, five-spice powder, and bring to a boil.

Turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
7.
Add the sliced radish cubes and simmer for 15 minutes, and season with salt before serving.
