Pork Scallion Wonton

The pork is chopped into puree.

Add some delicious soy sauce and marinate for a while.

Wash and chop the green onions.

Add in the meat puree, add some oil, taste very fresh soy sauce, salt, chicken essence and mix thoroughly.

Prepare wonton wrappers.

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put meat filling on one corner.

Roll up.

Fold it in half and squeeze it tightly.

All wrapped up.

Put chopped mustard greens, dried shrimp skins, chopped coriander, salt, and soy sauce in a large bowl.

Cook the wontons and put them in a large bowl.
Tips:
If you like spicy food, adding chili oil tastes great.
