Pork Skin Roasted Beans

Ingredients: washed beans, clean pork skins, green onions, ginger

Heat oil, saute shallots and ginger

Put in the skin

Cook in soy sauce

Stir-fry until the skin is evenly colored

Add the beans and stir-fry evenly

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for 10 minutes

Stir fry once in the middle, add salt to taste

Stew until fully cooked, add MSG to make it fresh. Out of the pot and plate
Tips:
This kind of oily beans is generally cooked through simmering for about 10 minutes. But it must be tasted, it must be cooked thoroughly before it can be served.
