Carob is a special variety of kidney beans from Northeast China. The thick-skinned beans are small and easy to ripen. It tastes soft and waxy, which is very popular.

Pork Skin Roasted Beans

1. Ingredients: washed beans, clean pork skins, green onions, ginger

2. Heat oil, saute shallots and ginger

3. Put in the skin

4. Cook in soy sauce

5. Stir-fry until the skin is evenly colored

6. Add the beans and stir-fry evenly

7. Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for 10 minutes

8. Stir fry once in the middle, add salt to taste

9. Stew until fully cooked, add MSG to make it fresh. Out of the pot and plate

Tips:

This kind of oily beans is generally cooked through simmering for about 10 minutes. But it must be tasted, it must be cooked thoroughly before it can be served.
