Pork Tofu Box

Ingredients;

Chop the meat into puree, mince the chives,

Add chives, salt, light soy sauce, and starch to the mashed meat, mix well and set aside. Cut off a quarter of the oily tofu, as shown in the picture;

Take oil beans and stuff them into the meat puree,

Code disc,

Put it in the steamer,

Well steamed,

Heat oil in another pot, add diced chili and chives, and sauté until fragrant.

Turn off the heat, top with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, seasoned fresh synthetic juice,

Pour it in a bowl of steamed stuffed meat,
