Pork Wonton

Chop the pork into minced meat, add salt and light soy sauce to marinate for a while.

Chopped green onion and ginger.

Add green onion and ginger and mix thoroughly.

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put in an appropriate amount of meat. (My wonton wrapper is relatively thin, so the meat filling is relatively small)

Wrapped into wontons.

Put water in a pot and boil the wontons, add cold water twice in the middle, and cook for 3 minutes.

Add seaweed and cook for another minute.

Take out and add sesame oil and a little vinegar to eat.
