Potato and Carrot Pancakes

Shred potatoes, carrots, green onions, add eggs and all seasonings, adjust the water and mix well.

Add flour and mix well

Heat the pot and add oil

Use a spoon to fry in the pan, wait until the edge is up, then you can turn it over. You can start the pan until both sides are fried slightly yellow
