Potato Chips Stir-fried Rape

Wash the small rapeseed, peel the potatoes and carrots

Heat in oil in a nonstick pan, sauté the scallions and ginger

Add potatoes and carrots, stir fry
6.
Stir-fry until the potatoes are broken, about 8 minutes of ripening nowadays small rapeseed stalks

Stir fry a few times, add the rape leaves

Stir well, add light soy sauce, and stir well

Add oyster sauce and stir well

Add some salt to taste
