Potato Chips with Minced Meat

Minced meat, add cooking wine, a little salt, a little light soy sauce, chopped green onion, 1 teaspoon of starch, pinch evenly, and marinate for a while; prepare the green onion, ginger and garlic, one spoon of light soy sauce and half a teaspoon of Laoganma for use; the vermicelli is soaked in hot water to soften.

Put the oil in the pan and heat it up, sauté the ginger, shallot and garlic, add the minced meat and fry to change the color, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and half a spoonful of Lao Gan Ma to fry the sauce.
