Potato Roast

Prepare raw materials: pork, potatoes, dried chili, pepper, star anise, San Nai, ginger.

Wash the pork, add cold water to the pot, cook the pork until the chopsticks can be penetrated, and then remove it.

Dice pork, prepare fermented rice, soy sauce.

Add an appropriate amount of fermented rice to the pork.

Then adjust the right amount of soy sauce.

Peel the potatoes, wash and dice.

Heat up the wok, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil and heat up.

Add pork and stir fry.

Tips:
You can leave the chicken essence.
