Potato Soup

Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into thick slices, soak them in water for 15 minutes, in order to remove the starch and prevent the potatoes from discoloring

Wash the shallots and cut into long sections, put the pork slices in a bowl, marinate well with cooking wine, tender meat starch and a little salt for 15 minutes

Put water and oil in the pot, bring the water to a boil over high heat, and add potato chips

When the water boils again, add salt and stir well
5.
When the potatoes are cooked, pour the meat slices into the pot and use a spatula to remove them.

Boil the pork for about 1 minute and add the green onions after the color turns white
7.
Turn off the heat and stir evenly to get out of the pot
Tips:
1. Don't cook the meat for too long, otherwise the meat will become old and affect the taste;
2. Don't boil the potatoes too badly, or they will crumble into puree
