Potato Stew

Sliced pork belly

Carrots diced

Potato diced

Heat the pan with cold oil, add chopped green onion

Saute the chopped green onion, add pork belly, stir fry until the meat is slightly yellow, add light soy sauce, set aside

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the chopped green onion and saute, add carrots, potatoes and stir-fry, set aside
7.
Wash the rice in the rice cooker normally, add water, then add the processed pork belly, potatoes and carrots, and then stew the rice normally
8.
Sprinkle chopped coriander before serving
Tips:
When sautéing meat and potatoes, you can add some salt to taste, and you don’t need to add it in the final stew
