Potato Stew

Dice potatoes and rinse with water to remove starch for use, wash rice for use, slice pork belly for use, and chopped green onions for use!

Preheat the pot and add oil, and put the oil in the cut pork belly! Fry to the color! Stir fry the meat!

Stir-fry the meat until it's colored, then add chopped green onion and stir fry for a good taste! Then add diced potatoes, salt and soy sauce and stir fry! Turn off the heat after frying to 5 mature!

Put the fried potatoes at the bottom of the steamer!

Then spread the washed rice on the potatoes! Try to pave as much as possible! Add the right amount of water! The water is just over the meter! Then start steaming! (Just the same time as steaming rice)

After steaming, stir well and eat! (The light is dark and there is color difference)
