Potatoes and Chinese Cabbage

Dice potatoes, cut cabbage into sections, cut pork into small pieces, mince green onion and ginger, add less salt in water and blanch cabbage for later use

Put a little oil in the hot pot. When it is 70% hot, add the pork. After the pork changes color, add a little soy sauce. Put the potatoes into the pot and fry the meat together. Add boiling water to cover the potatoes and simmer for 15 minutes until the potatoes become sandy.

Add blanched cabbage, season with salt, and serve
